Forged Integral Gyuto 115CrV3 | Walnut

Forged Integral Gyuto out of a 28mm 115CrV3 Roundbar.
115CrV3 is a cold working steel with an excellent toughness and wear resistance.
I added the handle with a slightly heitloom fit. I carved a little step into the front of the handle so the bolster sits in the handle. This allows the wood to expand and shrink over the time without creating a gap between handle and bolster.
