Apex Ultra Forged Western Bunka Walnut

A Handforged western handled Bunka out of Apex Ultra with a stabilized Walnut Handle. This one should have been a Gyuto but I had some trouble and the tip break off! Sadly! But i wanted to make the best out of it so I decided to make a Bunka. I lika Bunkas for some reason.
The very tip is pretty thin. Nice for Onions or Garlic imo. The overall grind is more midweight/userfrienldy an d not too fragile.
