Apex Ultra Forged 220mm Gyuto spalted Maple

Handforged Gyuto/Chefknife out of Apex Ultra with stabilized spalted Maple handle.
The profile is a bit more flat-ish but has no flatspot. The primary bevel is slightly convex. The forged area is not deep structured, more flat-ish or slightly concave.
